PhillBoss Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PhillBoss platform in any way — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the PhillBoss platform regardless of the device used (mobile, tablet, desktop) or the game type accessed (Sabong, Pusoy, Poker, PBA Betting, Fishing Games, Virtual Sports, or any other game offered on the platform).

2 Eligibility

To register and play on PhillBoss, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PhillBoss strictly prohibits underage gambling and actively implements age verification measures.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law at the time of placing bets.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or banned from gaming activity under any applicable regulation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of PhillBoss or its affiliated companies.

3 Account Registration and Security

When you register with PhillBoss, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. PhillBoss will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Each player may register only one account on PhillBoss. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your PhillBoss account.
• PhillBoss may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined by applicable regulations.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

PhillBoss supports a range of Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). There are no currency conversion fees on the PhillBoss side. Bank and e-wallet processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 for most payment methods. Individual game tables may have their own minimum buy-in requirements displayed in the game lobby.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 1 banking day depending on your bank.
• PhillBoss reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on the player's standing.
• Deposits made through one payment method must be withdrawn using the same method where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Balances that arise solely from promotional credits cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PhillBoss offers various promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming the offer.

• Bonuses are available only to verified players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• PhillBoss reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be notified of any material changes.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus funds are for gaming use only and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• Where a bonus offer is claimed in error or through a technical glitch, PhillBoss reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously awarded amount.

6 Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

PhillBoss provides games including but not limited to Sabong (live and virtual), Pusoy, Poker, PBA Betting, Fishing Games, and Virtual Sports. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are available in the game lobby or help section.

Game outcomes for live events (such as Sabong) are determined by the actual result of the event as reported by the venue. Virtual game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent third party.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PhillBoss does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they are placed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, PhillBoss will apply a standard protocol for affected bets, which may include voiding the round and returning stakes to players' accounts.
• PhillBoss is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decision to continue playing during a technical issue they are aware of.
• For sports and PBA betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, relevant bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all PhillBoss players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in poker and card game formats.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to support immediately.
• Attempting to access another player's account or PhillBoss's internal systems without authorization.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Verbally harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PhillBoss staff through any communication channel on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

PhillBoss is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to every registered player from within their account settings.

• Players who self-exclude will be prevented from logging in for the duration of their exclusion period.
• PhillBoss will not send promotional materials to players who are on self-exclusion.
• If a self-excluded player manages to log in due to a technical issue, any winnings accrued during the exclusion period may be voided.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

PhillBoss collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PhillBoss takes data security seriously. All account information, transaction history, and personal details are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we only share data with service providers where necessary to operate the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PhillBoss shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Loss resulting from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform that are beyond PhillBoss's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player during gameplay, including betting decisions made on incomplete information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes PhillBoss's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

PhillBoss may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the PhillBoss platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
